1 Year Anniversary

It is ridiculous that more than a month later I am posting about our anniversary. I know that everyone has been dying to see our pictures, and find out how it all went!! Things have been crazy around here, with school, work, sickness, and Sams dad breaking his leg. Yes Sams dad broke his leg, he was painting two sundays ago, fell from his ladder and broke his femur bone. We were all so scared, and even now I think they are finding that the bone is healing quickly, but that there is so some bone growing in the muscle. Hopefully they figure that out, and find a way to get rid of that without causing any problems. He is doing well though, and we are so grateful that he is healing so well. Well I am ready to post now about our amazingly fun trip!! Sam and I have been married now for one year, and I cannot even believe that it has gone by that fast. We have had an incredible year; I look back, and am so happy that we are married and that I now get to share every moment of life with the most wonderful and amazing man I have ever met. If you have read any of our earlier posts you will know that Sam and I didnt have the easiest dating ever, but I think it really made us strong, and we are more than happy to be together!! We went to Las Vegas for our anniversary trip. I really wanted to go to San Francisco, but we both decided that with school we should just take a smaller, shorter trip, and I am glad we did, and we still had a really great time. We loved the time we got to just relax, and do nothing but have fun, and be together, it was fantastic! We did a lot of walking down the strip and laughing at all the crazy people walking along side you. There were guys asking if they could take pictures for us, we were like, yeah I am going to let you take my nice camera, I really trust you when I dont know you and you are asking if you can take our picture!! :) We went and saw the Phatom play, and it was good. Sam and I had to laugh at some places, because it was a little cheesy. They cut out a lot of stuff, and sometimes it was just comical because if it were your first time seeing the play you really would have no clue what is going on. The actors were great though, and their voices were incredible, I was so glad Sam surprised me with that. I love plays!! The sunday that we were there was our actual anniversary, and Sam and I enjoyed relaxing in our hotel, and watching our wedding video, every time i watch that I get sad and wish that we could get married again!! :) I just thought that our wedding was so much fun, and that it was absolutely bautiful!! My aunts, grandma and Mom did an amazing job. My mom was so dedicated to making it exactly what I wanted, and well done. We loved everything about it, so much that I wish I could do it all again!! Anyways Las Vegas was defintely fun, and we had a great time, but with all the smoke and dirty girls I think both of us were a little relieved once we reached Utah again! Gotta love Las Vegas!!
