Do you remember...the 21st night of September!!

Sam and I celebrated our 2nd Anniversary in September. I cannot believe that it has already been that long, best two years ever!! We headed up to Salt Lake City this year for our anniversary. We couldn't take much time off with school so we decided this year that Salt Lake was far enough. It was so good to get away, and we didn't care where it was. We had a really nice hotel, and since it wasn't too far away we got to spend more time together, and less time traveling, it was nice. We relaxed, shopped, and best of all we went to the zoo!! For our anniversary dinner we planned on going to The Garden, but when we got there and realized that it was really a cafe type restaurant Sam decided to sneak over and surprise me with dinner at The Roof. The Roof is such a nice place, and then charge you a lot for it too. :) Sam actually starting texted our friend Ashley half way through dinner to ask her to find out how much it was, because he was so nervous. It ended up being less than we thought, which was good. It meant the world to me though that he didn't care; all he cared about was making the night really special for me. It was a great dinner, best desserts ever, and so nice to enjoy temple square from such a beautiful view. The weekend was fantastic. It was so nice to enjoy three days with my husband. Sam was promoted at work about three months ago and since then works everyday but Sunday, and when he isn't working in the morning we are at school. It gets crazy at times, and I was in real need of getting away. I cannot wait until we get to do it again!! 3 years, here we come!!

These are the little baby Tiger. We seriously lucked out, a ton of the animals had babies just before.
I could not believe that it was laying right by the window. It was so cool to see a tiger that close.

Sam had a scary dream once, where it was his body, but the head of a giraffe. It was sick. If you don't watch Flight of the Conchords, you won't get that.

This is Sam being very nervous to get the bill, but it ended up being less than what we thought, so that was good.

This is where Sam proposed to me, the first time. It was so sweet and romantic. This is me crying, when I had to say no. It was so awkward that I said no, and then he told me that my cousin was taping the whole thing, and yes we still have that on tape. Sam's brother wanted to add it to our wedding dvd. :) Well good thing I said YES the second time!! Best decision ever!!
