January 2012

It's so weird at the beginning of a year to start saying 2012. It feels so awkward. For work the date is really important, especially for date of purchase so I got really good at saying 2012. I am just excited for what this year will bring for Sam and I. School so far is really good, and I think it will be a good last semester for us both. We talked about graduation in my class last Thursday during senior seminar, and they are already getting us ready for it. I can't believe that by the end of April Sam and I will both be graduates and done with school, well at least me. Sam is getting ready to turn in his applications for Law School. We are really praying that he gets into a good school, preferably in Arizona, but wherever we go we will be happy. We will be happy with our little newborn wherever we are. :) We had our appointment recently for the baby and found out that she is a little girl. We could not be more thrilled than we are. We are so excited for her. Sam and I really like the name Addison for her, so that is what she will be named, but we have no clue for a middle name. We have been thinking of a lot of names, but we shall see. I think we both want to see when she is born what she looks like her name should be. I cannot wait to have her. From her ultrasound, we saw how active and adorable she is. Just last night I swear she was doing flips in my stomach. Its becoming more and more difficult to sleep at night because she is most active at night. She is constantly kicking all the time. Sometimes I just sit there with my hand on my stomach and can feel her moving around and I am just beaming and laughing at how adorable it is. It is so amazing to have my little baby moving around in me and to be able to feel her. I love her so much, and cant wait to hold her. My brother Jace is serving his mission in Michigan. We give him updates on Addison all the time. He is so excited to be an Uncle along with the rest of my brothers, and we have promised him that he will receive lots of pictures and videos of her growing while he is away. I know it must be hard for him, but he has been so great about it, and is just excited with every ultrasound picture we send him. She is pretty stinking cute so I don't blame him. :) We are just loving life, she is already such a great blessing to Sam and I. We will continue to keep everyone up to date on how little Addison is doing, and cant wait for everyone to meet her. We love you all.
